Priming the Pump

Hand Pumps Move Forward
On July 3rd EDH held a town hall meeting in Caobete to determine where the hand pump wells will be dug. At that same meeting the community elected the five member cooperative to oversee the maintenance of the hand pump well project. Hand and hand working together to change lives.
